Hello, I have an HP G85 Officejet all-in-one. HP does not offer any drivers or software downloads with Windows 7 support.

They recommend just plugging in the printer, letting Windows 7 recognize it, and WIA drivers will be installed for basic functions. They suggest scanning from Paint or Windows Fax and Scan. However, when I try either, it says no scanner is connected. The G85 is recognized as a printer and prints just fine. Is there something I need to do to get Windows to detect the scanner as well? Is it possible the WIA scanner driver did not get installed? I have tried unplugging and plugging back in, but still only the printer is detected.
